This smoothie is now a part of my morning ritual—a moment just for you to breathe, blend, and begin. Whether you’re wrangling littles, tending your energy, or chasing wild dreams, you’ve got this. 💪

It doesn’t take a lot to bring positive intentions and mindful practices into your life. It can be as simple as stirring your intentions into your smoothie, meditating while the blender whirs, letting your favorite music move through you, or breathing in your affirmations as you concentrate on your goals for the day. ✨

🫐 Berry Banana Açaí Power Smoothie 🌿

Servings: 1 large smoothie or 2 small smoothies
Time: 5 minutes
Vibes: Energizing, nutrient-packed, and creamy


🥣 Ingredients:

  • 1 whole banana
  • 1 packet açaí smoothie pack (unsweetened)
  • 1 cup frozen mixed berries
  • 1 tablespoon honey (or maple syrup)
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1 cup fresh spinach
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds
  • 1 cup oat milk [ or your fave nondairy milk of your choice, you can use milk if you want but I chose to use oat milk]

🌀 Directions:

  1. Run the açaí packet under warm water for a few seconds to soften. Break into chunks.
  2. Add all ingredients to a blender.
  3. Blend until smooth and creamy (45–60 seconds).
  4. Pour into a glass, sip, and enjoy!

🌈 Optional Toppings:

  • Extra chia seeds
  • Granola
  • Coconut flakes
  • Fresh berries or a sprinkle of cinnamon

📝 Tip:
Use a frozen banana for extra thickness and chill.

You can use this as a smoothie bowl or a smoothie to drink on the go 😉
