Today’s smoothie is a delicious boost for your body, mind, and soul — and I’m so excited to share it with you!
I call it the Tropical Matcha Smoothie because it tastes like a refreshing tropical vacation, and it’s packed with powerhouse ingredients that help support energy, digestion, and glowing skin.
✨ Here’s why this smoothie is my current go-to:
- Bloom Orange Cream Colostrum + Collagen gives it that dreamy creamsicle flavor while providing gut support and skin-loving collagen.
- Vanilla protein powder helps keep you feeling full and energized.
- Spinach sneaks in those vital greens without impacting the sweet, tropical flavor.
- Chia seeds add a boost of fiber, omega-3s, and help thicken the smoothie beautifully.
- Matcha powder offers a clean, sustained energy without the crash — plus antioxidants galore.
- Frozen berries and acai bring those vibrant colors and fruity flavors we all crave, while being loaded with vitamin C and anti-inflammatory goodness.
- Greek yogurt makes it extra creamy and gives a hefty dose of protein and probiotics for gut health.
The result?
A thick, creamy, tangy-sweet smoothie that feels indulgent, but is truly packed with nutrients your body will thank you for.
This smoothie has been perfect for my busy mornings, especially when I’m juggling work, creative projects, and just life in general. It gives me that clean, focused feeling I need without feeling weighed down.
If you give it a try, let me know how you like it! 🌞

Tropical Matcha Smoothie Recipe 🍃🍊
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Servings: 2 medium smoothies or 1 large smoothie
Ingredients:
- 1 scoop Bloom Orange Cream Colostrum and Collagen powder
- 1 scoop Vanilla protein powder (your favorite brand)
- 1 cup oat milk (unsweetened preferred)
- 1 cup fresh spinach (packed)
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon matcha powder (culinary or ceremonial grade)
- 1 cup frozen mixed berries
- 1 cup non-fat Greek yogurt
- 1 packet frozen acai smoothie blend
Instructions:
- In a high-speed blender, add the oat milk first (this helps everything blend more easily).
- Toss in the Bloom Orange Cream Colostrum & Collagen powder and the vanilla protein powder.
- Add your spinach, chia seeds, and matcha powder.
- Follow with the frozen mixed berries and the packet of frozen acai.
- Lastly, scoop in the Greek yogurt.
- Blend on high for 1-2 minutes, or until creamy and smooth.
- Pour into your favorite glass, garnish with a sprinkle of chia seeds or a few extra berries if you like — and enjoy immediately!
Notes:
- For a thinner smoothie, add a little extra oat milk.
- For a thicker, smoothie bowl style: Add a few ice cubes or use less oat milk.
- Optional toppings: coconut flakes, hemp hearts, granola, extra chia seeds, or a drizzle of almond butter.
- Flavor tip: If you like it sweeter, you can add half a banana or a teaspoon of maple syrup or agave (vegan-friendly).
Quick Dairy-Free/Vegan Tips:
- Protein powder: Many brands offer vegan protein blends made from pea, hemp, or brown rice.
- Collagen alternatives: While animal collagen isn’t vegan, collagen boosters made from vitamin C, silica, and amino acids can help support natural collagen production.
- Yogurt: Look for unsweetened coconut, almond, oat, or cashew milk yogurts that are free from added sugars.
Much love and many blessings,
Mrs. B 🌿
