Supercharged Goddess Smoothie – Beauty & Balance in a Glass

Hello, wild souls and radiant beings 💫

You don’t need a 20-minute prep time or a trip to the health food store to nourish your body like a goddess. Sometimes, all it takes is a blender and a freezer full of magic. This week, I created a blend that’s powerful, pretty, and practical.

Meet the Supercharged Goddess Smoothie.

It’s fruity, creamy, protein-packed, and loaded with beauty-loving ingredients like frozen elderberries and collagen cubes. And the best part? You can find most of the frozen fruit you need—dragon fruit, cherries, and strawberries—all in one bag at Walmart, thanks to the Bettergoods Red Dragon Berry Smoothie Mix. Easy, affordable, and accessible. 🙌

With a full cup of non-fat plain Greek yogurt, a ripe banana, and a scoop of vanilla protein powder, this smoothie delivers the goods—protein, probiotics, fiber, and flavor. Chia seeds and elderberries add immune and hormonal support, while collagen gives your joints and skin a little extra TLC.

Whether you’re starting your day, closing your ritual, or needing a midday recharge, this smoothie is a blend of nourishment and intention.

Blend it. Bless it. Drink deeply.

Much love and many blessings,
Mrs. B
