🌿 Grounded Goddess Ritual – Embrace the Earth Within
Step outside today if you can. Even five barefoot minutes with the Earth beneath you can do wonders. But whether you’re in a forest, your backyard, or simply near a potted plant, this ritual will anchor your energy and reconnect your spirit with the world around you.
Grounding Ritual Steps:
- Set the Scene:
Light a green or brown candle. Place a small bowl of salt or soil in front of you. If you have a favorite grounding crystal (like Black Tourmaline, Smoky Quartz, or Moss Agate), hold it in your hand. - Breathe with Intention:
Inhale for 4 counts, hold for 4, exhale for 4. With each breath, imagine roots growing from your feet or seat, traveling deep into the Earth. - Repeat this Affirmation:
“I am rooted. I am safe. I am whole. The Earth holds me, and I trust in her rhythm.” - Close by sipping your hormonal balancing tea (see below), journaling how you feel, or resting in silence.
🍵 Hormonal Balancing Tea Recipe
This tea is designed to help regulate mood swings, support restful sleep, and bring your body back into balance—especially during times of heightened stress or hormonal shifts (hello, PMDD sisters, we see you).
You’ll need:
- 1 tsp dried chamomile (calming + anti-inflammatory)
- 1 tsp red raspberry leaf (uterine tonic + hormone balancer)
- 1/2 tsp dried lavender (relaxing + promotes sleep)
- 1/2 tsp lemon balm (soothes anxiety + supports cognitive function)
- Optional: a slice of fresh ginger (anti-inflammatory + digestion aid)
- A spoonful of honey (especially infused with mint or chamomile if you’ve made it!)
Directions:
Steep in hot water for 8–10 minutes, covered. Strain, pour into your favorite mug, and sip slowly with intention.
