Hey there, soul family! 💧
Whether you’re navigating chronic illness, recovering from a long day, or simply trying to stay balanced during warmer months, staying hydrated mindfully is a game-changer. Electrolyte drinks are essential when you need to replenish minerals like sodium, potassium, and magnesium—but store-bought options can be full of junk, sugar, and artificial stuff we don’t need.
So today, I’m sharing two easy, homemade electrolyte drink recipes—one that’s bright and citrusy, and one that’s citrus-free and gentle on sensitive stomachs.
These blends are infused with love, natural goodness, and a little witchy wisdom. Brew one up, pour it in your favorite mason jar, and let the healing begin. 🌿
