This is the moment between the inhale and the action—where sacred stillness meets intention, creating a bridge between the chaos of our daily lives and the clarity of our purpose.
Before the to-do lists, the noise, and the pressure to produce… we pause. We gather ourselves in ritual, reflection, and rootedness, allowing each moment of stillness to deepen our awareness and align our thoughts.
In this sacred space, we reconnect with our aspirations, envision the journey ahead, and cultivate a sense of gratitude for the opportunities that lie within the unfolding week.

Here in this sacred space, Mondays are not for rushing—they’re for remembering. We give ourselves permission to slow down, to connect, and to come home to our truest selves. This is a container for shadow work, emotional alchemy, and gentle beginnings.

Each Monday, we honor themes such as:
🔮 Deep emotional work
🌑 Shadow exploration
📖 Journaling and dreamwork
👶 Inner child healing
🌕 Moon rituals and sacred stillness

Throughout the day, we’ll choose 1–2 of these themes and dive deeper—offering a more focused post, journaling prompts, or ritual ideas to support you. These will be shared later on Mondays to help carry the energy of mindfulness throughout your day.

Now, to sip while you center—let’s begin with a soul-soothing brew:


🥄 Cinnamon Honey Dose Macchiato (Hot or Iced) 🧋

Ingredients

  • 1 scoop Dose (add ½ to 1 scoop more for a stronger espresso flavor)
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • ½ cup oat milk
  • 1 tsp monkfruit sweetener
  • ½ cup ice (if serving iced)
  • Cold Foam:
    • ⅓ cup plant cream
    • 1 tsp honey
    • Froth until soft, creamy cold foam consistency

Instructions

  1. Heat Dose, honey, and cinnamon together to 165–170°F.- Froth together until smooth and mixed well.
  2. Add oat milk and monkfruit. Stir gently to combine.
  3. Pour over ice if desired.
  4. Froth plant cream and honey until it forms a luscious cold foam.
  5. Spoon cold foam on top.
  6. Finish with a delicate drizzle of honey and sprinkle of cinnamon.
