On the personal side, Iâm a proud mom, wife, spiritual practitioner, avid animal lover and advocate, and a neurodivergent soul navigating life with ADHD, Dyslexia, OCD, PMDD, Fibromyalgia, an undefined Autoimmune Disorder, Antiphospholipid Syndrome, and Psoriatic Arthritis (PsA). Iâm also a fierce advocate for these communities and for anyone feeling âtoo muchâ or ânot enoughâ in a world that rarely makes space for either.
