Masking different parts of myself.
Today we are going to look at something I struggle with as a Neurodivergent person, it is something that for the most part I am not aware that I do, but I have been made aware of it from time to time. Why is that that everyone gets a different version? Sometimes we present a different version of ourselves to people who we interact with, either at work or even in a social setting. Some of us do it for cultural reason, religious reasons, and some even for masking.

Okay, so a weird occurrence last night when we were going to bed we heard what sounded like someone bumping into something and making a small groaning noise similar to an ” Oof” . I got up and asked my boys if it was them they said no, my daughter was asleep already and my husband heard the noise too… But that isn’t all. We shrugged it off and fell asleep. I woke up at 12:37 last night to the sound of barking- Three distinct barks. I laid there for a moment, it was not on the show we had fallen asleep to. I looked out the window, nothing.
