🌙 Dreamy Chia Pudding – Your New Favorite Nourishment Ritual 🌙
This dairy-free chia pudding is the perfect way to start your day with intention or wind down with a little love in a bowl. It’s simple, full of good-for-you ingredients, and totally customizable depending on your vibe that day.
🌾 Base Ingredients:
- 3 tablespoons chia seeds
- 1 cup oat milk (unsweetened or vanilla—your choice!)- I use the extra creamy from Choboni
- Optional: ½ teaspoon vanilla extract or a dash of cinnamon for extra cozy flavor [ I use a protein powder to sweeten it]
Mix together and let it chill in the fridge for at least 3 hours or overnight. Stir well after the first 10-15 minutes to prevent clumping!
💛 Topping Ideas (choose your adventure):
These are my current faves and absolutely hit the spot:
- A handful of fresh blueberries 💙
- A drizzle of honey 🍯
- A dollop of plain Greek-style dairy-free yogurt (I love coconut or almond-based!)
- A spoonful of sunflower butter 🌻
- Want to amp it up? Stir in a scoop of your favorite plant-based protein powder before refrigerating for a serious power bowl 💪
This little jar of joy is naturally dairy-free, full of omega-3s, fiber, and protein (especially if you add that scoop of goodness), and super easy to meal-prep for the week.
