Hey there! I’m Jess Bicknell, also known as Mrs. B in the blogging and spiritual communities. I’m the owner and creator behind Owl Mountain Press, Wise Hazel Design & Apothecary, and LunaOwl: The Unconventional Momma — just a few expressions of my ever-evolving, soul-fueled journey.
Herbalist of healing, priestess of purpose — I’m a one-woman cosmic storm with ADHD-fueled brilliance, a heart as wild as the moon, and enough creative energy to run three businesses and a spiritual revolution. You’ll find me writing modern grimoires, unraveling cold cases on Tea & Mystery, crafting herbal tinctures, editing landscape photography, or wood burning under the stars. I love exploring a wide range of topics—sometimes deep and thought-provoking, other times delightfully random.
I brew truth with a shot of sass, honor deities with crystals, bones, honey, and ancestral guidance, while building sanctuaries for the misunderstood. My mission is to blend science and spirit, shadow and sanctuary—helping others reconnect with their magic while staying grounded in the reality of chronic illness and neurodivergence.
On the personal side, I’m a proud mom, wife, spiritual practitioner, avid animal lover and advocate, and a neurodivergent soul navigating life with ADHD, Dyslexia, OCD, PMDD, Fibromyalgia, an undefined Autoimmune Disorder, Antiphospholipid Syndrome, and Psoriatic Arthritis (PsA). I’m also a fierce advocate for these communities and for anyone feeling “too much” or “not enough” in a world that rarely makes space for either.
Witch? Nah. I’m a whole hippie-esque, 420, high-vibing autoimmune goddess.
