I write this on an injection day of all days, why because I want to share my journey with you all. Oh the joys of injections…. This is not my favorite thing to do for sure. I have been through two different types of injections so far. Humira was my first biologic and it worked to help reduce the inflammation but it also gave me some pretty unwanted side effects.
