Let me let you in on a not-so-secret confession. I am an Ancestral Pagan Kitchen Witch with some Eclectic and Gray tossed in there too.

Crockpot Irish Pork Stew with Stout
This stew is an amazing alternative to beef stew, the flavors of the Guinness Stout, the bay leaves, and the caraway seeds all blend perfectly to create a hearty, warm, and delightfully filling meal. I love a good stew, no matter if it is a thin broth or a thick broth, and you can make this BOTH ways!
Quick Whole Wheat Honey Hemp Bread
The smell of this lovely warm bread filled the house with its notes of honey, wheat, & hemp. I got excited about having a slice or two with the stew I had made, and boy I was not disappointed once it was dinner time. This is a rather heavy and dense bread but it is perfect with a stew or even a soup on a chilly day. Its slightly sweet, a touch salty, and best severed warm. It would be amazing with some hemp butter or even honey butter to accent both in the bread… or even some hemp butter with a drizzle of honey as a sweet treat. I am for sure going to have to add this recipe into my Make Again category. It was so simple and very yummy!
Turkish Fried Eggs With Tomato Mozzarella Bread
Crunchy tomato mozzarella bread with warm delicious fried eggs that have a different twist to them. This meal is great for cold evenings, first thing in the morning or even a quick lunch for those who are pressed for time. It is hearty and filling so even the hubs approved of the meal.
Whole Wheat Pumpkin Spice Beignets
We love beignets! it is one of our favorite easy deserts right up there with a good cinnamon roll. We love the warm pillowy plushness of each little Beignet, the airy pockets of spices and the sweet taste of the honey and sugar. It is great to make for a breakfast treat, served with coffee, or even as a mid day snack or an evening desert. There is no wrong time to serve these lovely little pastry delights.
CAULIFLOWER MAC N’ CHEESE
When I say this was amazing, I mean it truly was mind blowing how good this turned out. It was creamy, melty, warm, and comforting just like a pot of homemade mac n cheese should be. This is on our make again list for sure!
EASY Pierogi Skillet
We all enjoy a good crispy and warm pierogi, so when I saw this recipe I knew we had to give a try. Its simple, easy, and would be a great one to teach young children to make or even for a college student on a budget. With the meat, veggies, cheese, and warm pierogis is a hearty and satisfying meal that could easily make it on to anyone make again list. I know it did for us! We really enjoyed not only how easy it was but how good it was too.
14 Day Meal Plan: Fall Dinners
I hope you enjoy this round of dinner meal planning and that it helps someone else out there answer the age old question of “What’s for dinner?!” I find that it really does help with that especially in a household full of Neurodivergent people. Now this post is a little different than the other two because I have not made some of these yet and have only just found some of the new recipes to inspire me for the coming 2 week dinner meal plan. There are some classic ones in the list that I have made in the past and some that I hope will be new ones to add to the ” Make Again” arsenal.

We just got through this list this week and some of the recipes have already found themselves up on the blog with their own posts. Just like the previous post this is how it will go: Below each recipe name will be the links to where I found the recipes; also some will have our own variations put up in separate blog posts, and others will have reviews.
I hope that this helps some of you, I know my family and friends all enjoy seeing these when I make them and following along when I make my own variations on recipes.
14 Day Meal Plan On a Budget- Dinners
So after quitting my job I took a long look at our budget and decided it was time for us to go back to meal planning. This is something I have done for a very long time but we take a break from when finances allow. However, now that we are back to a single income family of 5 it was time to start cutting back and reassessing our bills. I figured that there are many out there who could use this to help them as well, so I decided I will share with you what I have put together over the last few months. Below each recipe name will be the links to where I found the recipes; also some will have our own variations put up in separate blog posts, and others will have reviews.
