Jörð (Old Norse: Jǫrð [ˈjɔrð]; “earth”) is the personification of earth and a goddess in Norse mythology. She is the mother of the thunder god Thor, and a sexual partner of Odin. Her name is often employed in skaldic poetry and kennings as a poetic term for land or earth.

My Personal Deity Journey
At this point in my practice I have not worked with any deities, I have always worked nature as a whole- Call it Gaia, Jord/Jörð, God which ever you may please.Lately its been that I have had several strong urges to lean more towards calling nature as a whole Jord/ Jörð, mother earth.
