One of my “things” that I do to help my body reduce stress and anxiety is that I drink teas, I also drink teas to help reduce inflammation, help with sleep, and with pain. Teas as I have talked about before are an amazing way to boost your health and promote healing. But that is not all they can do 😉 No, teas are a wonderful addition for any herbalist and for practices with divination, healing, and centering. The possibilities are endless with a good tea. I do make some teas that we offer to people, but only by request these days. Painfully Needed: Biologic Injections
I write this on an injection day of all days, why because I want to share my journey with you all. Oh the joys of injections…. This is not my favorite thing to do for sure. I have been through two different types of injections so far. Humira was my first biologic and it worked to help reduce the inflammation but it also gave me some pretty unwanted side effects. With that being said, I wanted to tell you about my journey with the biologics I have tried so far.
