For health, folklore states that Hag Stones are used in crystal healing for healing disease and maintaining general health, particularly when the stone is rubbed on the body of someone sick. To assist the body’s natural healing process, bless and charge the Hag Stone to absorb the disease. Place the stone in a bath tub of warm salt water and soak for 20 minutes. Repeat once a day for a full week. Cleanse the stone after each healing ritual bath soak and repeat as necessary. Hag Stones are also said to improve eyesight in broad daylight when looking through the stone while sun gazing.
