We just got through this list this week and some of the recipes have already found themselves up on the blog with their own posts. Just like the previous post this is how it will go: Below each recipe name will be the links to where I found the recipes; also some will have our own variations put up in separate blog posts, and others will have reviews.
I hope that this helps some of you, I know my family and friends all enjoy seeing these when I make them and following along when I make my own variations on recipes.
Please note that some of the recipes we modify are due to dietary reasons, I cannot have beef or excess red meat. Three people in our family are lactose intolerant, and one is actually allergic to certain dairy products. If you would like to see us modify a recipe you have your eye on just send us a message tellyourstory@luna-owl.com, comment below, or message us on Facebook/Insta anytime @LunaOwlCraft or http://www.facebook.com/LunaOwlCraft
1: Crockpot Pork Curry & Rice :
2: Spinach Tortellini Soup
https://www.foodnetwork.com/recipes/spinach-tortellini-soup-recipe-1958087
Super simple and very easy to make, this soup is a go to when the weather starts to change.
3: Chicken & Broccoli Stir Fry with Tofu
We added in some crispy tofu to the meal to make it stretch a bit further.
4: Mushroom Stroganoff
https://www.skinnytaste.com/mushroom-stroganoff/
OH MY GOODNESS! I love a good stroganoff and was struggling to find a way to make it where everyone could enjoy it. I stumbled across this recipe and added in a few things like vegan sour cream and a buttery chardonnay for the sauce which I will be sure to write it up in another post for you all. This truly is a make again! And it enables us all to enjoy a classic recipe that I thought I might not ever get to enjoy again.
5: Crispy Tofu With Honey Ginger-Soy Glaze
6: Sausage Sheet-Pan Dinner
https://gimmedelicious.com/20-minute-sheet-pan-healthy-sausage-and-veggies/
This is something we often make in our home, its quick easy and full of fresh veggies roasted in the oven. You can always change out the veggies to suit the season or your preferred tastes. I enjoy doing root vegetables with some greens the most I think.
7: Chicken Kale & Artichoke Casserole
This one I have to laugh because it was a last min change to the meal plan, we had another recipe picked out but you know things happen lol…. Anyway I googled Kale, Artichoke, and Chicken as my ingredients and stumbled across this. I decided to give it a try and while we enjoyed it I do believe I will have to modify it a bit more if it is to be an official “Make Again”
8: Salmon Croquettes with Lemon & Salad
https://www.foodnetwork.com/recipes/salmon-cakes-over-a-mixed-green-salad-recipe-1958105
Classic southern staple that my mother used to make all the time when I was a kid, the key to me though is to use some lemon zest in the salmon and really kick up the flavors. We usually pair this with a salad and sometimes a delicious “Crab” dip which I will share with you all later.
9: Chipotle Chicken Fajitas
https://www.foodandwine.com/recipes/chipotle-chicken-fajitas
Changing up come classic Fajitas with a little bit more flavor for a kick. We all love a good fajita and sometimes it is much cheaper than making Tacos.
10: Pork Paprikash
11: Chicken Tortilla Soup
12: Mushroom French Dip Sandwiches
13: Cauliflower Tikka Masala & Rice
14: Eggplant parmesan & Asparagus
I hope you have enjoyed this list too! If you make any of these or would like to see me modify a recipe for dietary needs please let me know. I would be happy to do so for you.
Much Love and Many Blessings!
