It’s a nutrient-rich, soul-nourishing blend of pineberries (think strawberries with a tropical twist), banana, spinach, creamy Greek yogurt, and an açaí smoothie pack to bring that antioxidant oomph. Add a little protein, some oat milk, and chia seeds—and you’ve got a powerhouse lunch that feels like a treat and a recharge.

🍓 Pineberry Power Smoothie Recipe Card

Servings: 1–2 | Time: 5 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 10 pineberries [ cut the tops off while prepping]
  • ripe banana
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 cup fresh spinach
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1 cup non-fat Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup oat milk
  • açaí smoothie pack (frozen and slightly thawed)
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds

Instructions:

  1. Add oat milk and Greek yogurt to your blender first.
  2. Toss in banana, pineberries, spinach, and the açaí pack. [ if the açaí pack is frozen run it under hot water to thaw it out some before adding to your blender ]
  3. Sprinkle in chia seeds, protein powder, and honey.
  4. Blend on high until smooth and creamy.
  5. Pour, sip, and feel the energy return like a warm hug from the inside out.
