Herbalist of healing, priestess of purpose — I’m a one-woman cosmic storm with ADHD-fueled brilliance, a heart as wild as the moon, and enough creative energy to run three businesses and a spiritual revolution. On the personal side, I’m a proud mom, wife, spiritual practitioner, avid animal lover and advocate, and a neurodivergent soul navigating life with ADHD, Dyslexia, OCD, PMDD, Fibromyalgia, an undefined Autoimmune Disorder, Antiphospholipid Syndrome, and Psoriatic Arthritis (PsA). I’m also a fierce advocate for these communities and for anyone feeling “too much” or “not enough” in a world that rarely makes space for either.
