Teas for reducing stress and anxiety

One of my “things” that I do to help my body reduce stress and anxiety is that I drink teas, I also drink teas to help reduce inflammation, help with sleep, and with pain. Teas as I have talked about before are an amazing way to boost your health and promote healing. But that is not all they can do 😉 No, teas are a wonderful addition for any herbalist and for practices with divination, healing, and centering. The possibilities are endless with a good tea. I do make some teas that we offer to people, but only by request these days. However, I thought that I might take a moment and share some recipes with you, that you can add into your own practice or just your kitchen.
